First of all for those of you who don't know your history we were ALREADY at war in Iraq during the 2004 election. We were also getting barraged almost daily with the threat alert du jour (funny how those disappeared after Ohio, which has conveniently lost their voting records in denial of a court order) during the 2004 election.
Had Kerry won, we would be out, or on our way out of Iraq with Iraq much more stable than it is with all three ethnic groups sharing the oil revenues (and not having to share them with Bush's buddies). We would be less in debt, we probably wouldn't have the sub-prime mess (but we still might). The Bankruptcy law would not have passed which was the biggest fleecing of the middle class in American history and in general, while not great, things would be better than they are now and Kerry would be gearing up for a major challenge from a GOP candidate name Jeb.

Well, despite the belief that we would have never gone to war with Iraq... the war had already happened at that point so posters who said this... your a little confused. Honestly, if Kerry had won, there would be a whole bunch of conservatives driving around with stickers that say "dont blame me I voted for Bush" instead of the stickers that say the dont blame me I voted for kerry. Nobody is ever happy with the current president its a rule I think. Kerry already told us in his campaign that he would not leave Iraq, and he basically agree with a lot of the policies of Bush including the Patriot Acts. So basically nothing would have changed we would still be in Iraq, we would still be raped of our rights, and Mad tv would be doing a lot more ketchup jokes and a lot less grammar jokes.

The Supreme Court would be tilted, ideologically, more to the left now than it had been during the previous 15 or so years, because instead of a Chief Justice by the name of John Roberts and an associate Justice by the name of Sam Alito, there would be two people far more "liberal" than those two.

The News Media wouldn't be talking about the Iraq War now (it would be over) or next years Election (because Hillary WOULDN'T be running, & Bush WOULD!). The Country would be a different "place..."

We all tend to blame things on Bush, yea he messed up alot obviously. But there was alot of sh!t that went on during his terms. What would anybody do at times of war, 9/11, katrina, and so many other issues? tHonestly I don't think Kerry would have done that much better. Maybe on a few things, but not many.

Nobody would be worried about Hillary getting elected, America would be desperate for a Republican. This is the reason the DNC chose such a DuNCe to run, so Hillary could have her chance in 2008

I can only Dream. It's like the episode of family guy where peter changes the past and Gore is president. There is no crime, flying cars and universal health care.

No one knows for sure, but my guess is that we wouldn't be saddled with a war that is costing us $12 million a month.
