Today i was watching the news, and was informed about a pedophile who takes pictures of little girls in his free time. Upon being discovered, he was questioned, and later put on a restraining order when he admitted to be a pedophile. After that, he still went within 30 feet of girl younger then 18 years of age. Now he may have a indefinite restraining order.
Some odd years ago, papparazzi chased Princess Diana in a high speed chase ultimately leading to her death. Nothing was done to punish the news stations, and they have never apologized since then, until this year. First of all, i think that everyone has a right to not be filmed. But i also think that this pedophile was treated unfairly. Does anyone else believe that he was? Pedophilia is a crime, but is it really a crime if the pictures do not exhibit a sexual nature? Also, think about how an indefinite restraining order will limit where he goes. He wont even be able to walk down a street. Continued in added deatils.

I can understand limiting a criminal's rights, but limiting a citizens rights is not right in my opinion, even if they thing differently then you. Pedophilia in society is viewed as taboo, yet so was oral and anal sex. Yet those are done frequently in society today. Adult females wax their pubic hair, and also shave it, to give them a young, nobile look, and men seem to like it, i know i do. What age group has no pubic hair, anyone know? I do, pre-teen girls. So, i ask again, do you still believe that people in general are treating this man unjustly?

Don't worry thanks to the internet and computers good old spell checker, most of us wouldn't even notice. Did you know that rome didn't have a word for virgin, nor pediphillia, what happen to rome again? o yea, crash... Ether way thou that doesn't mean THAT caused it, its just that its been a bit of a... process to get to this point were young ladies don't HAVE to worry about being all sexy and worship for something so shallow and tangible.(Yea look how far we've made it, wait... not fair at all, well at least 11 year olds don't have to get married....) What your doing is not giving that credit. Understand that, that past was also based on an ENTIRLY different ideology. Times have changed, there is so much more to learn, so much more room to grow, and to have a young female get caught up in the shallow game of human social sexuality ISN'T FAIR!!!!! Its not fair that ladies have to shave there privates so that THEY can feel attrative. It isn't FAIR to have to explain to older man how UNFAIR it is to take advantage of the inhert need of an individual to belong, by turning them into a sexual object. I mean if we want to just sit here and accept that man is nothing more then a horney creature who can't see a women for anything more, yea your right, poor him. But the fact is were more then our sex, were more then our sexuality, and turning sex into some INNOCENT is just plain cruel. Its not, its intense ESPACIALLY for younger people. So this is just sick really, personal for the sake of social advancment think he should of been excuted. But thats just me. I can acknowledge that parts of me have always been curious about females as soon as they start showing there form, but I also wouldn't mind killing a few people, so does that make both impulse's right? Should we draw a line and put prioities on whats a low priority impulse to control and whats a high level prioirty impulse? Are should we just accept that there both bad becasue they can do alot towards destroying lives. Besides we can't just say one form of melestation is better then the other. And you nor me, can put a price on what damage he caused, becasue unless you never heard, THERE IS FATES WORST THEN DEATH!! Try being melested by your father for 4 years and then trust males enough to form geniune relationships. Try being melested by your uncle when your a male, and see how well life looks for you. I can go on, the point remains that, that behavior IS damaging. For reasons people don't want to accept, becasue quite frankly they'd have to accept completely that sex means more then just two people having fun. Its serious, emotional business.... but I don't expect people to go that far, so in this world, in this ignorant society, sadly, in a certain way, your right.... if sex is all were suppose to do, and money is the king purpose of our lives, whats wrong with us fing like animals.... Also I like the idea that its a stigmata they have to carry with them for the rest of there lives, its like a ear for a ear, because anyone whose been melested has to do the same....
