yep...its a habit. i also always turn on the light when i walk into my bathroom. no matter what time it is

I don't lock the bathroom door when I'm not home alone.
My bathroom door has no lock. It is always left ajar when empty and only closed when in use if there is company (or if the need arises to keep smells from wafting out - sorry if that is too much information).
So, no, it is never locked.

I do, I'm not sure if its habit but I hate using someone else's bathroom if they don't have a lock.
Works the worst if I need the toilet I have to go in and out the cubicles until I find one where the door closes properly, and locks....oh and has toilet roll as that could be very embarrassing!

i do no longer lock the bathing room door whilst i'm no longer domicile on my own. My bathing room door has no lock. it incredibly is often left ajar whilst empty and easily closed whilst in use if there is company (or if the want arises to maintain smells from wafting out - sorry if it is merely too lots suggestions). yep, always!!, my 25 year old sister doesnt even bother to lock the door when there IS people in the house, never mind when there isn't anyone here!
