I have a dog at home and he has been registered for 2 years now, but i never take him out. He's live in my backyard. im planing not to register him again because i never take him out anyway. Can i check that i dont have the pet anymore in the renew form? what will happen?

If you get found out, you will get fined. And trust me, neighbors tattle a lot on other neighbors!!! Especially during a dog census!!!!!
They may. Sometimes there is a "dog census" in towns. They just go door to door and ask if the people have a dog, but they frequently ask if the neighbors have dogs. If they see your dog, then they will know. The fines are not very high though, so you may come out ahead!!!
