Lots of people have been getting them for about 20 years now. The more digital clocks have become the norm the more 1111 has been spotted and people get a weird feeling about it. I've been fascinated with 11:11 for awhile now, and have done some experiments.
About 6 months back, I started pointing out 11:11 on the clock to my wife almost on a daily basis, whenever I could think about it.
I didn't tell her what I was doing, I would just mention it to her and point to the microwave clock, or the bedroom alarm clock when it said 11:11, as if I was telling her the time.
After awhile she started spotting it without even thinking about it.
She now sees it on a regular basis.
Its probably because its 4 vertical lines that it looks odd and out of place. It attracts peoples attention. Im not sure I have some other theories on it too.
Its not supernatural, but it is a very strange mind game. I do have friends who have become addicted to 11:11 on thier own, prior to me even hearing about the phenomena.

I don't think anyone "receives" 1111 vibrations. Just what is a 1111 vibration? Does your body vibrate at 1111 Hz? Did you measure it? Or are you just talking about seeing the digits 1111 in random places? Why call it a vibration if you're not vibrating?

I've been counting my vibrations. So far I'm not anywhere near 1,111.
