OK the facts here....
The most venomous and deadly but not the spiders attributed to the most deaths.......
Brazilian Wandering Spider and the Australian Funnel Web Spider are the most venomous and most dangerous. A very tiny amount of venom from the Brazilian Wandering Spider (about .0000002 oz.) is enough to kill a small rodent.
The Brown Recluse Spider's reputation far outweighs it's venom. Brown Recluse spiders will never bite unless threatened, and even when they do, there bite is not very dangerous. Most people who have any problem with these spiders are children under 7, diabetics, or people with a significantly diminished immune system. Actually, most Brown Recluse Spider bites are misdiagnosed and are caused by other spiders, like the Yellow Sac Spider, which is much more likely to cause necrosis in a bit victim. Brown Recluse Spider bites are almost painless and any symptoms that may occur happen long after the spider is gone so how would you know it was a Recluse bite. The Black Widow, whose venom is more powerful than a rattlesnake, has a much more formidable bite, but again, only in rare cases is it deadly due to the very small amount it is able to inject.
Well, that pretty much covers it. Spiders are truly amazing creatures.
If you live in Australia, watch out for the Funnel Web Spiders and the Brown Spider.
In the jungles of South America, watch out for the Brazilian Wandering Spider, which is very aggressive, by the way.
In North America, watch out for Widows and Sac Spiders, particularly the Yellow Sac Spider.
Keep in mind, all of these spiders are dangerous, some a lot more so than others, but all bites from these spiders need to be treated medically.
btw........I like Alex's answer the best!!!!!!!

The brown recluse scare began many years ago with an
irresponsible feature in Life magazine. They carried a full-
page photo of a brown recluse with no indication of its size, the part of the country where it occurs, its habits or how
dangerous it might really be. When a spider expert, H.W.Levi, wrote to the editor complaining of such sloppy
reporting he got a letter, which I have seen, which said, in
effect, "mind your own business". All over the country people
who saw rats in their basement were phoning universities and
museums thinking they had brown recluses.
There are very few really dangerous spiders in the world.
Even the black widows are not very dangerous, by which I
mean that the mortality rare from their bite is very low, 3-5%
of reported bites, and not all bites are reported.
For more data on the brown recluse, see the reference below.

Red Back spider the Katipo spider, The Sydney funnel spider, Brazilian wandering spider, Violin or Recluse spiders, I think thats most of the really dangerous ones, although the Tarantula can be dangerous. Even the common garden spider that is non venomous can be hazardous, some people just get odd reactions!

Brazilian wandering spider.
It is the most poisonous spider in the world.
The brown recluse is also pretty dangerous.
I suppose the Goliath Bird Eater would be dangerous too. For obvious reasons.

Macrothele sp, Brown Relcuse Spider, Hobo Spider, Red Back Spider, Brazilian Wandering Spider. Really, any primitive and true spider can be deadly if you are allergic although mostly true spiders are the deadly ones.

brown recluse, white recluse, tyranchula, camel spider (which in all actuality is part of the scorpian family not spider)
and the daddy long leg would be the most poisonous but its mouth is too small to bite or something like that.
