Because mathematically were always inbetween the percentage. Example: Lets say you're at 6%. Than you're inbetween 6% and 7%. Yahoo wont give you the 7% until you're above the 7% mark. It's their 1% leedway. Anotherwards it's rounded to the lower number. Not the higher number.

It does that to me too, it says 95% answered, 4% best. I think it's a glitch.
