Between those two. its "your correcting me is one of my fears."

"Having you correct me is one of my fears." sounds better.

And I like that better than either of the suggestions in the answer above :)

EDIT-- Since you're getting some conflicting answers, I'm providing a source; check the last rule of the link. Also, a comma would be incorrect in your sentence.

The first is grammatically correct but could have used better orthography and punctuation!

Your correcting me, is one of my fears.

"I'm fearful at the thought of you correcting me"

Need capitals first of all. . .

"Your correcting me is one of my fears. " is the best.

However, it is a stilted sentence.

How about "When you correct my _______ (fill it in), I feel afraid." That is a more colloquial sentence.

Or: "I am frightened when you correct me."
