Music has long been used to excite the emotions of the audience. I think the most basic of those emotions is anger or rage. Once excited it can be easily channeled into destructive actions. But, in and of itself, music is not destructive unless it is played loud enough to break eardrums, glass windows or destroy rigid building materials like stone or brick.
In short, it is a tool not unlike a hammer. A hammer can be used to build a house or crush a skull. The hammer knows no difference.

Well... It depends.
I can be destructive if you cant handle it.. It simply depends on the persons state of maturity. But I hate it when people are all against a certain genre of music and they talk so much trash about it. Just like when people answer questions rudely or find it offensive, if you don't like the music don't listen to it.. & if you don't like the question, don't answer it.
