The Disney Stores do not sell the One Day One Park ticket. They do Sell 1,2,3. Day Park HOPPER Tickets, which like your AP lets you go between the parks on the same day. But you can find 1 Day 1 Park tickets at most(but not all) local Vons/Pavillions. However, there is no discount over purchasing them at Disneyland. They do not have any discounts for additional tickets if you are an AP holder.
The only discount they have on the 1 day tickets is for Southern California Residents getting a 1 Day Park Hopper. You can get them for $78.00 which is a $5 savings over the regular price. If everyone except for one person has passes you probably want to get the Park hopper if the group is going to want to go over to California Adventure.
As long as you get there early in the morning the line to buy tickets will not be that bad probably 15 minutes or less.

RE:
Can you buy Disneyland tickets at the Disneystore?
Me and my friends are going to Disneyland tomorrow and we all have passes except for one of my friends. Well we don't want to wait in the really long line. Can you buy the tickets before at the Disneystore? I know you can online but his dad doesnt trust the internet.
Not passes but the one...

Single day admission to Disneyland is only available at the tickets booths near the park entrances, or by phone, this is the one day one park ticket. The one day hopper is available online and you can print at home now. I have never seen a one day ticket offered anywhere but at the park. Get there early and have one of you with an AP wait with your ticketless friend and ask if they have a discount with an AP. Have the rest of your group get in line to enter the park.

You cannot purchase on day passes to Disneyland at the Disneystore. You may purchase the two and three day passes. One day can only be bought at the gate. Have a fun day at Disneyland. (Don't forget to check the new Finding Nemo submarine ride!)

Just wait in line... It may seem like a long time, But the lines cant be any longer than Six Flags. And believe me, the lines at Six Flags only take like 5 mins. Hope you have a million tons of fun!

I think you still can. I know that some of the local grocery stores sell them as well - usually where you can buy gift coupons from Starbucks, etc.
