It's possible to ovulate this early. Because you miscarried naturally this time, your body may have healed quickly. It takes 4-6 weeks after miscarriage to have a period, so if you're ovulating now, you would be getting a period in a couple of weeks...right on schedule.
Friendly advice... since this was your second early miscarriage in a row, I would strongly urge you to have your progesterone levels checked. Low progesterone is often a cause for early pregnancy miscarriages. Try to do this before getting pregnant again, or if you are already trying, certainly have it checked out the minute you find out you're pregnant again.
Good luck.

First, I am sorry for your losses. If I were you I would talk to my OB about this, but I can give you a little info from my personal experience.
I had an early miscarriage this past January at 8 weeks. I didn't have a D&C, but was given misoprostol wich induces the miscarrage much like a natural miscarriage. I did resume my cycle very quickly in fact I got my period within a month. I did wait until having one normal cycle before trying again. My midwife recommended waiting 1 or 2 cycles before trying again. Anyway, I got a regular period 2/14 and am now 28 weeks pregnant with twins!
Good luck to you and talk to your OB about when to try again.

It does sound like you may be ovulating. I would ask your doctor about this. I think it is possible. I know people who have gotten pregnant 1 month after a miscarriage.
-Even if you are ovulating, it is way too soon to try again. I would give it at least 2 months just so your body has enough time to heal.
I had a miscarriage 2 days after Mother's day. I just started TTC again last month.
I do know its so hard to wait though.
Good luck!!

I'd say that you'd ovulate just as though the MC was a period. I did. I got pregnant the month after my MC.
Best wishes!

I'm no longer certain how lengthy it takes. But, I had a miscarriage final June and my Doctor advised me to attend 6 weeks earlier than having intercourse once more, and to attend till I have my interval for three - four months earlier than looking to have a little one once more. You should not be having intercourse two weeks when you miscarried. You will have to wait atleast 6 weeks.

I had a miscarriage a couple years ago. My doc did a d&c and told me to come back in 2wks to check and make sure everything was good. Well i went in, she did a pregnancy test, came back positive...Wasn't sure if it was from miscarriage though....It was a NEW pregnancy. She was kinda disappointed that we didn't wait longer to try, but i guess i was too impatient. Luckily everything was fine. I don't recommend trying too soon after miscarriage. I was just lucky, i guess.
Take care

You have to wait for a normal(ish... but you know what I mean) period before you ovulate again. Go to fertilityfriend.com and you will have a quick, easy way to keep up with your ovulation and periods. I love it, I am addicted lol..
