i tried to think up of something good to say but i cant!!! im stumped cos im sure this does happen sometimes and if it was a really bad emergancy id properly end up killing myself with grief...
btw are you the 'voice' you seem to have the lingo off real well!! haha!!

My jaw would probably drop, then I would go to the hospital and yell at them.
"THIS IS A FREAKING CRISIS CALL! OF COURSE IT'S SERIOUS!!"
