Well first of all no one should "like" the war. The fact is it is the right thing to do but to go as far to say I like it is to far. Do not get me wrong. I left a very good job to join the Army so I could serve my country. And keep all those at home safe. Yes even those pesky liberals who hate me and all that I stand for. But that is OK. That is why we fight wars to keep Americans free and safe. I know they think we would be safer if we just kept to our selves. But if car bombs were blowing up in their city I am sure they would change their mind. Well maybe they wouldn't but the fact is I will still be in the Army protecting their sorry ace. So do you need to join to think the war is right? No but I have been there and I do not like war.

1) You're just showing how much of a coward you are.

2) Why not enlist? Go over there for a few (hundred) tours of duty and see what happens--eh?

3) We're winning the war? Yeah. Okay. And the Moon is really made of Green Cheese.

Thanks.

Sure you can take that position. This is America. We have the first amendment. You're free to express yourself, and free to have your own opinion. However, what you're basically saying is you like having other people fight a war on your behalf, but you don't want to fight yourself. In my opinion, which I'm also entitled to, your position is that of a chicken-hawk. Also IMHO there is no such thing as a good war. The U.S. military never looked as good as it did in W.W.II. Many may have called it a necessary war or a just war. Few, if any would refer to it or any other war as, "good". And BTW, we're not winning because there's nothing to win. Never was.

Lets see, you like war, are all in favor of fighting wars, justified or not, but you do not want to do any killing or dieing yourself! Strange attitude. Just what is it that you like so much about war? Do you like seeing others die or be wounded? Why do you assume that only "liberals" are fighting this war that we are NOT winning? It would seem that if you are not willing to fight; you would be against the war, you would not be so delighted to see your county men/women fight & die for something you believe in so fiercely! Perhaps you need to speak with someone, like a recruiter! They will assure you that you won't have to fight, yeah, right!

In what ways are you pro war? The only reason someone should be pro war is if they believe in the cause. What?, your job depends on people fighting and buying your company's military weapons? War good for business? Perhaps you are in the wrong business. If you are not willing to die for the cause in a war then perhaps we shouldn't be in a war.

Maybe you will feel a lot better if your sons and daughters or maybe your Little cousins went there, then you will be able to sleep well at night knowing that its not your blood that is getting wasted, its someone else who couldn't afford his/her school tuition. yeah that will feel a lot better.
And tell me one prove that we are winning?? everyday you will here a warning of an Imminent attack on USA soil, how about our soldiers who are dying everyday, or the one who come that will never be the same, and what about our taxes that got spend on this war and the huge number of unemployment rate, ohh you know what, lets just send them to war, this way they can get insurance.
yeah, we are winning for sure. Just walk up and hear the screams of our soldiers.

I'd call you a coward - and I'm right. I fought in two wars - I didn't want to go, but I believed in my country and the oath I'd sworn. So no, it's not okay. There are too many people like you - all hawkish when it's someone else dying, losing a loved one or becoming medically disabled. But not you. I find people like this about the lowest form of human life there is, just above pedophile.
