The whole terrorism war seems to have had an impact on the good immigration. We are losing scientists and doctors in an effort to keep terrorists out. It is a good example of a bad thing happening from good intentions. In my opinion, most Bush programs end in bad things, rather the intention was good or not.

Apparently immigrants are taking the jobs Americans can't get. lol

Just a thought, but wouldn't a "reverse brain drain" mean that the intelligent people were coming INTO the US?
