So far he is not the worst. I believe in time he will be. Notice where Carter, GHW Bush and Reagan are on the study. Also notice where Clinton is. Clinton is likely to stay just about there. He has been out of office long enough to start seeing the total impact of his Administration on the nation and the world.

Because History has already declared that Carter & Clinton were the two Worst Presidents in the History of the Nation.

They even beat out LBJ.
Carter and Clinton's Record of the Worst, will be hard to beat.
(But I think that Hillary, Obama, or Edwards, might even be Worse.)

Clinton and Carter are the worst.

Clinton gets very low marks by people looking back and knowing now how Clinton failed terribly in protecting our families.

By the way, polls say that Kerry is up by 20 points at the voting booths. Right?

What's your criteria? He's not the worst a lowering unemployment. He's not the worst at fighting terrorism (that would be clinton by the way) He's not the worst at lowering taxes. He's the absolute best at pissing of far left libs. So if your only criteria is how much you like him then yea he probably is the worst but since i could give two $#its what you think I don't care.

I WILL TALK OF THE EX PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON, MAN THE PROBLEM OF TODAY IS PART OF BILL CLINTON'S LEGACY, NO OTHER WAY BUT TO TALK OF THIS TRAITOR. BILL CLINTON WAS THE FIRST PRESIDENT IN HISTORY TO CUT THE MILITARY BACK SO FAR WE HAD (NO) PROTECTION AT ALL!! AL QEADA ATTACKED MORE PLACES WHEN CLINTON WAS PRESIDENT. EVEN BIN LADEN HIMSELF CALLED BILL CLINTON A WEAK PRESIDENT FOR BACKING AWAY FROM THE ATTACKS ON U.S. SOIL. THIS IS BILL CLINTON'S LEGACY FOR EVER, SO DON'T TALK LIKE A FOOL THAT YOU ARE!! OH BY THE WAY; I VOTED FOR PRESIDENT BUSH BOTH TIMES AND PROUD OF IT.......CAN I HELP IT THAT THE DEMOCRATS LACK THE KNOWLEDGE FOR TRUTH. MY PARENTS TAUGHT ME ALWAYS TO SPEAK THE TRUTH, THANK GOD FOR GREAT PARENTS.

FDR set in motion the progressiveness that allowed blacks to integrate and allowed interracial marriage, which led to gays wanting to get married. FDR set up socialism and diversity.

"Worst" and "Best" terms are opinions. Impossible to prove an opinion.
