Questions are best done as short as possible, fans of questioners are more likely to read a lengthy one.
Answers on the other hand should be read regardless of their length, because if they took the time to answer it, you should take the time to read it.
And by 'you', I mean the collective you - everyone.

Yes.. I get quite annoyed but I still take time to read if the asker is someone I recognize.
