I would like to thank everyone for their answers but to the poster that said "do everyone a favor and dont complain about life" first of all I wasnt complaining, I was just curious and what do you mean we all need to believe in something or we'll fall for anything I know thats lyrics in a song but....that didnt have anything to do with the question I asked. If you were refering to my first comment I was only sharing how my feelings are. And just for the record I do believe in many things and I fall for nothing! Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.

In a way. My family believes everyone should decide by themselves what to believe in, and never to stick to just one religion, but take what we can from many religions.

So in a way, we are the same "religion", even though our beliefs we are different.

As for political views, we couldn't disagree more. :\

No and yes on the politics because they vote and think everything is run how they want us to believe it is, when I know that votes arent taken into consideration, and presidents are chosen, they hate guns and I wont go anywhere without one, were all republicans though. No and yes on religeon too, I believe in the same stuff for the most part but I dont blindly believe in anything, like they're ANTI ANTI abortion and I'm not even close

My parents and I share a political affiliation; we do not share the same religion. We are all Democrats (although they spent a brief time voting Republican, from Nixon until the first Bush election). They are Christian, and that's how I was raised; however, I converted to Judaism about 10 years ago.

Not at all. My beliefs are entirely my own. Voting is optional..thus zero. Religion is an option..thus zero. They are both trouble makers and that's how I grew up to keep out of it all. One you have vote into office..they don't ever give you what YOU want..and the other is talking to yourself..and they put you away for that too. You see the trouble?

My folks were Democrats, my Mom probably out of simply following her folks' example and my Dad because he grew up during the Depression. I'm a Democrat, but I don't think it was my parents' pressure or example, just common sense.

I was born Baptist in a Baptist/Methodist family. I converted to Catholicism and I and my family are now Catholic (although I lean towards Orthodoxy in many ways).

My mother was not political. My father was a union steward and a democrat until the mid sixties when taxes and welfare were over-the-top. He became a republican for the rest of his life. Later became a Rush Limbaugh fan.

Rush Limbaugh turned my brother, sister, and I into life long democrats.

Yes+Yes(Almost). Republican, because this way, where I live ,I,can vote in the more meaningful primaries,as it is a more right sided neighborhood. As far as religion,I'm on mom's side(Catholic)since my parents were married in that church,I was raised in that faith(Dads a Protestant).

I don't believe in religion and I have no political party.

I belive that religion is a fairy tale and does not make any sense.

I believe that you should like what a particular candidate stands for and votes for rather than party loyalties.

I guess I am extremely smart and pragmatic.

Same political party (but we don't exactly agree on every point)

Different religion. My parents are both Jewish, I was raised Jewish, and now I'm an Atheist.

Yes & Yes. Do everyone a favor, do not complain about anything in life. Everyone must stand for something, or you'll fall for anything.
