Yes there is. But the gravitational force within an atom is immensely smaller than the electric forces and the nuclear force that exist in the atom.

Yes, although it doesn't matter.

An atom is held together with all sorts of much stronger subatomic forces. Gravity does not have any effect on subatomic particles bound together as an atom.

Yes. If there's mass, there's gravity. However, on atomic scales, gravity is negligible - the other three forces are MUCH stronger influences on behavior.

yes but since the mass is so tiny, it's a very very tiny force, and is outweighed by electromagnetism and the nuclear forces, as stated above.
