They stink. There service is not as good as they advertise. And their phones are ugly and useless. If you are worried about coverage. Each company now has a street by street feature on their website. You can see just what you are getting in the areas that matter to you.

Hidden fees, bad dsl service that took 5 months and hours of complaining on the phone to outsourced call center in India........Yeah...they're one of the worst.

I've had a cell phone with them for a couple years, and service has been good.
