at 13 dpo?
I'm going to see my doc tomorrow, and just wondering if she'll be able to tell by looking at cervix, etc.

Since you're going, just have them do a urine and blood test. Both should be pretty accurate at 13 dpo.

No. I asked my OB that the last time i saw her. I was about 12dpo and she said there would be no way to tell. I know that the first time you go to the doc after you are in fact pregnant is not until about 7 weeks along and then they push on your uterus and sometimes cant even tell at that point so it must take awhile. Your cervix will be closed either way (whether you are pregnant or not) so it wouldn't look any different up there for now. You could ask for a blood test tho, the results only take a few hours. Tell them you are having symptoms so that maybe they will want to do one while you are there :)

No a doc can not tell that early by just giving you an exam. If you were a few weeks further along then a doctor could tell. You should have your doctor give you a pregnancy test by tomorrow it should be positive if you are.

Yes they can my friend was announce pregnant just by the dr pushing his fingers in the virgina and pressing her stomach down and this was at 2 months

yes because te inside of your vagina and your cervix gets a purple-ish color to it when your pregnant even if your only a couple of weeks along

IF your doc checks you inside they could tell if your are going to have a baby.

Yes they can tell. My mom found out she was pregnant with me at her yearly OBGYN checkup. She hadn't even missed a period yet.

I think they can, but I think it depends on how far a long you are.
