Make a batch of daquiris, go out by the motor home and pretend I'm camping somewhere beautiful. This can make a weekday night feel like a mini vacation. When we go camping I try to memorize the views to think of later.

Depends on the weather. Right now, it's too hot, so I lock the front porch screen, turn off the ringer on the phones, and just ignore the world for a few hours.
