I am unsure whether or not you have given birth yet. In case you haven't once the milk comes in, (usaully 1-3 days after birth.), expect your breasts to be at least a full cup size bigger. Because of this expect to get stretch marks. You can minimize it by feeding as much as possible, not allowing them to become fully engorged, and by using LOTS of Cocoa Butter to keep them elastic. Once you have stopped they WILL be a bit saggy and they may even shrink to a smaller cup size than you were before. If you have no stretch markf on your tummy from the pregnancy.....no worries....you have very elastic skin. If you DO have stretch marks....follow my advice plus you can do excercises to keep your breasts firm and taught. Do leaning push- ups against the kitchen counter.
Your breasts will snap back into shape, but expect to give at a year tops!

Contrary to popular belief, it's not actually breastfeeding that does the damage it's the pregnancy. Some people don't notice that their breasts change much at all and others (like me) do. I was always a firm B cup and could get away with not wearing a bra, I'm now a C cup & don't even go to the mail box without wearing a bra. It's just one of the many sacrifices that we make for the sake of our children.

I'll tell you my particular case: after 2 babies, they didn't turn saggy but they got smaller. I was a 34B cup & then I was 32B. I've heard though, that after breastfeeding many women see that their breasts grow. I believe that the important point is to try to avoid them to turn saggy, so here are my tips: 1. Use lots of hydrating creams, day & night. 2. NEVER stop wearing a good bra, not even when you go to sleep (in this case use a soft bra with very good support). The natural color of your nipples as well as their size will come back to normal after you stop breastfeeding.
Despite whatever happens to your breasts, enjoy the experience. It's the sweetest & tendernest in the world, and what's most important, you are protecting your baby from many diseases with your antibodies, which is worth for saggy, small, whatever boobs ... anyway, thanks God exists surgery, so if you are not happy afterwards you can correct them.

Hi I am so glad you have decided to breastfeed I did so for 7 months straight no bottles! Anyway after two kids with only one being brestfed my breats aren't as perky as they were before I had kids, breastfeeding does leave them somewhat more droopy but its worth it but if your young your breats wont see too much difference. Its all worth it I believe my son is healthier now because of it.

Breastfeeding should not change the appearance of your breasts. Many people have saggier breasts after childbirth (even if they never breastfed) and as they get older but I believe it's because they wore bras that were ill-fitting or the wrong size. Age also plays a factor, as you get older your skin is less elastic so you can expect to see some sagging.

Many women's flatten up top and are a tad lower even if they don't breastfeed because of how much they stretch when you are pregnant and from the milk coming in.
You just never know.

While I was breastfeeing, my breasts were a cup size bigger than they were. In the beginning, it hurt a little bit (I was engourged pretty bad). After I stopped they went back to the normal size, just a little saggier...

They will be a little saggier. Not much but a little. After you have more then they start to go down hill. But they make great bras for us girls who have nursed babies and need a little extra lift!!!

Does the term "National Geographic Woman" mean anything to you? Actually, it depends on your age and how big your breasts are to begin with. If you are young and not too well endowed, it might not make a big difference. For me, I was in my mid to late thirties and a solid C cup. Let's just say all my bras are underwire with a lot of support.
