My period was supposed to come yesterday, and it didn't (i am not sexually active) I want it because if it comes later I will have it for the first day of high school!!
Does jumping on a trampoline work? How, and if so how long do I need to jump?

Periods are driven by hormones not jumping. Jump if you need the exercise not to bring on your period.

Masturbating or having sex will bring it on. I learned that about 10 years ago with my hubby. I was due for it the day before and figured it wasn't coming so we were together and in an hour or so later i had it. kinda made me mad but if you want to have it there is the way to do it lol. good luck=)

jumping on a trampoline will not make your period come any sooner.
Unless you are on birth control pills, you have absolutely no control over your cycle.

That's probably not going to work but you can try it. Drink lots of water and don't stress because stress can delay your period.
