G2 The chord of G major plus the second degree of the scale (more usually written G9), with the option of adding the flattened 7th too - G A B D (F)

A (add 4) The chord of A major plus the fourth degree of the scale (sometimes written A sus 4) A C# D E

F#m (add 6) The chord of F# minor with the sixth degree of the scale added - F# A C# D

Bm add 2 - as before with add 2 chords - B C# D F# (A)

C maj7 no 3 - the chord of c major with a 7th note that isn't flattened, and without the third - C G B

D sus - this isn't a chord. There are several different types of sus chord, and it doesn't specify which one it is. Most likely it is a sus 4, which which case the notes are - D F# G A

F# (add 2) - as before with add 2 - F# G# A# C#
