when i was in high school, no one ever payed attention to the cheerleaders...i think they are kinda pointless and nobody seems to like them or cheer for them. Even in college now, nobody really cheers for them after they do the half time show and what not. I don't know alot of people who go to a basketball or football game who are going to see the cheerleaders, they are there to see the game. The crowd should be enough cheer.

When I was in high school cheerleaders led cheers and everyone participated (60's)....we even had a "Fight Song". Now everybody just kind of ignores them....

Cheerleaders are only there to annoy people.

yeah they would cheer but they wouldn't know what letter to shout out and god knows what they would spell then
