She does not dislike it but she had it planned from the beggening that it would be ron and hermione because they were always fighting while harry got along with her because she was like a sister to him.

Becuase Hermione is WAAAY to emotional for harry and ron like hermione, they're the cutest couple next to ginny and harry and THAT'S THAT!
well that's my reason. I saw an interveiw and the discusion on either harry/hermione or ron/hermione and the interveiwer was a harry hermione shipper, and JKR asked why she told her and JKR said that there was only supposed to be a siblingly bond between them, nothing serious.

I don't think it's so much that JKR disliked H/Hr pairings, but that she found them amusing. And that was because in the earlier books, she had dropped so many hints ("anvil-sized," as she's put it) that the pairing was going to be Ron and Hermione.
For an example of an anvil-sized hint, look in Book 4: Who is it that got himself all into a dither when Hermione said she was going to the Yule Ball with Victor Krum?

Personally, I think it has always been obvious that Harry and Hermione never would get going in that way, I always knew it would be Ron and Hermione, you could just tell by the way both of them would get jealous at the smallest thing. J.K. never planned Harry and Hermione to get together, and I think she got annoyed sometimes that people still insisted they would, when she thought she had made it obvious that it was not to be.

the hermione / ron pairing is a relationship that jk rowling has put considerable effort into developing in the course of the seven books. i think it is quite fair if the author gets annoyed with readers who project their own preferred stories over the one jk rowling wrote.
you should also bear in mind that jk rowling has often said that hermione reminds her a lot of herself at school. if hermione is jkr's persona in the novel it would make sense that she feels personally involved in what happens to hermione.

Because it is her book, and she decides the relationships, no one else. I would hate it if someone tried changing the order and ways of my stories.
Besides, Ron and Hermione are meant to be. After all, in the sixth year, it is implied she smelled his hair in that love potion of Slughorn's, you know, the one in which you smell what you are attracted to.

Because Harry and Ginny together makes Harry a member of the Weasley family. This gives him a family that he never had.
