Buy him a case of beer and drink it with him, and then when you're both good and drunk, you can...oh, wait a minute, that's sexual.
Ok, then try this...cook him his favorite meal, and have a candlelight dinner, and play "footsies" with him under the table, and then after dinner, you can do desert on....oh, wait a minute, that's sexual too.
Hmmm, go for a nice long drive in the country, and go to a place where you get a great view of a beautiful sunset, and sit in the back seat and cuddle and...oh no, that leads to sex too.

Romantic? I have never met a man who were romantic for his own satisfaction but I suppose there are guys who appreciates thoughtful things...although it is difficult for me to come up with one that's non-sexual. Sorry, I don't really have a great answer for you...didn't mean to waste your time. NEXT!

Guys are not prone to romantic advances from gals. I guess if you rephrase your question to "what would get a guy excited that has nothing to do with sex?" There are lots but here are my favorites:
- Favorite video game.
- Tickets to a ball game... (you'll really get him on this one).
- Electronics.
- Also if you cook for me and get my beer I find that kinda romantic
