that sounds like a good idea to me, i hate how marriage is so thrown around nowadays.

Heck yes, but if that was true than my exs would be in jail, one with a life sentence......
But let's get real, we are a cheating society, it is sad but people today, do not know how to make a commitment.

I dont see any reason why you cant try to sue for breech of contract.....
