Oh my word! Violations? YOU? I see no reason as I have read many of your answers and questions! I am so sorry this is happening to you.
I love the idea of us all getting to chat together! That would be wonderful! I will ask hubby about this as he knows far more than I when it comes to these computers and such.
I do know that a friend of mine set up a chat just for a few of us ladies and we have a blast. It also has a message board and we always have e-mail flying between the scheduled chat time. I will also speak to Teri aboutt his as I am sure she can set this up for us and would be delighted to do so. I will get back to you on these two sources.

go to somewhere like MSN and set up your own chat site, or sign up for messenger or ICQ and ask your friends to join you. My daughter, when she was still talking to me, and I used to play wheel every evening on messenger.
Using emoticons we used to have such a good laugh, it was so much fun ! If you havent tried this, do so -
You can get a gang from here together and have a card game, play wheel, chat, etc. Its really oodles of fun and sharing. You can send photos back and forth, share music files ... just pop them in into your sharing folder and the other person can open them immediately.
One problem you might face is the time differences among all of us, I am on Pacific time.
I will start the room for you then hand it over to you, I need an email address for you, if you want me to do this email me

Hello! Well, I suggest you create a "hotmail" account. You can talk to your friends on "MSN" (if they have a "hotmail" account - if they don't, tell them to get one!) about everyday things and have fun, be social and there are heaps of great things about Windows Live Messenger, which I will not go into. Chat rooms can be quite dodgy and dangerous - pedophiles love those places, man - seriously!! So yeah, find other social sites to go on.. Here are some great social sites: (a) Windows Live Messenger ("MSN"/"hotmail") (b) Facebook (c) Myspace (d) Mibba (e) Windows Live Spaces (f) Quizilla I hope I helped! Best, Amelia S

Hi! I agree with the person that suggested Yahoo Messenger. I have messenger, but I don't have many people to talk to. I'd be happy to talk to you any time. Follow the link that he gave you in his answer, it explains how to use it. It's better than email because it's in 'real time'.

I don't know but there are a few in the S.C. section that I'd like to chat with but I really doubt that there's such a way to do this, via Yahoo that is. As a "baby boomer" I'd love to be able to chat with a few people here.
Grace...I'm with you!
genntri...Help us out, please?

Hi Granny, you can get Instan Messaging from Yahoo. It's good fun, you can IM anyone on Q&A who allows it.
