ive been through even troubleshoot and help guide on my pc and i just cant turn it back! its actually happened to me before but i cant remember for the life of me how i did it. Please help!

On your desktop, right click and you should get a menu.
Click "Properties" and that should open the "Display Properties" dialogue box.
Click the "Settings" tab.
You should see an "Advanced" button. Click it. Depending on what kind of "graphics card" you have, you should see some support for it in a tab.
Mine is an "Quadro NVS 280 PCI-E"
One of the "menu option" on this card is "NVRotate." This will let you "fix" your rotation.
If you tell us what kind of video card you have, we may be able to give you more specific directions.

Try this to see if addresses your issue.
Right Click on you Desktop Select the following:
Graphics Options / Rotation / Monitor or Notebook / Normal.

what do you mean by rotate the screen? is it inverted if so press the menu buttons on the monitor and then edit the vertical and horizonal until it is correct.

left click on desktop screen
go to graphic option
go to rotate
and click it back to normal x
