Courage and confidence to do things you wouldn't normally do, even if it involves looking or doing anything foolish. Imagination and creativity to bring a script to life. Pure dedication to practice and memorize lines until they are absolutely perfect. I believe a necessary trait is the ability to convey any different moods - happy, sad, confused, frustrated, hateful, joyful, etc.
