I've only done it once when I was at newspaper one night..I phoned my mom and asked for persmission and she agreed since we just went over to my friends house for a bit. Now I would like to be able and go out with my friends more often.. How should I ask for persmission to be in the car with friends without an adult?

The fact that you're even asking the question shows a lot of maturity on your part.

Do your parents know the "friends"? Are they responsible? Are they licensed? Is the car safe? Are you going to safe, known, local hangouts?

If the answer to all the above questions is "Yes", then it shouldn't be a big deal, and your folks will probably say, "Okay".

But, if they say "No", politely/respectfully ask about their concerns, and, unless it's totally unreasonable, do as they ask, and don't give into peer pressure to do anything behind your parents' backs.

Look at it this way: sooner or later, you'll get your own license, and then the big thing will be getting to drive your folks' car or your own. Do the "right" thing, now, and the bigger hurdles will seem a lot smaller!

just explain to her that you wouldnt get in a car with anyone she didnt meet yet, & you would never get in a car with someone who was drinking under any circumstances.
