Actually, I'd have to say that Yahoo Answers did get a little boring for me for a few months. I used to go on it every day but then I stopped going on it for probably 5 months. I just started going on it again today, and I'll be back for a while. :-D

No. When they 1st started, there was rewards for various levels. Now you just get a pat on the back.
Secondly, people used to post up the most asinine questions, to which I could reply with hilariously sarcastic "answers". It made some people laugh, got me a lot of best answers and probably pissed off the exceptionally stupid. I thoroughly enjoy making fun of people who are just plain dumb.
Now, most all questions are exceptionally stupid and require only yes or no answers. Or cheap ploys to get more points. I think if we told everyone that for every disease or social problem or criminal injustice that they cured/made right/whatever, they'd get 100 mega bonus crazy funtime points, we'd have no more diseases, crimes or other problems.

Sort of...i go through days where i'll show up every day, and months where i don't at all. Lately, its been annoying, with all the trolls and all the troll patrol...Lighten up people, its not a game, but its not all supposed to be absolutely serious like a business meeting...its an informal, friendly way to ask for help, or get opinions, or just have fun. Forget the point system, it doesn't do anything for us...

as i have always said, there's never a dull moment in answers..there is all kinds of questions that suits everybody's tastes..i, myself have strayed away from answers because of the lack of personal motivation which hinders my ability to participate..i can only answer maybe 1-3 questions per week or month! i used to have a zest in answering..now no more. but yes, answers is still exciting..apart from the new contacts option, that part slows my connection speed to a crawl most days..otherwise all is fair with answers.

Not really. At the start it was beautiful. We spent a lot of time together. There was excitement and a sense of passion, but that day is gone. Now we're comfortable though. :)

Not really. I vowed to quit, yesterday, after I reached level 6 out of shere boredom, but I got sucked back in... It's like a black hole.

I still like it, sometimes I get annoyed with the angry people who post answers just to be jerks, but all in all it's fun
