21 years old???? okay, wait.....I can't help laughing as your just getting started for sure. The downhill part starts just as soon as you stop taking care of yourself, whatever age you decide to let yourself go is when the downhill starts. Live it up and worry less than all your friends, you'll be fine.

why not. i am 52. I think 21 I feel like yesterday. time is so fast.
But many things happened. Sad and fun things.I start to go to
my company by bike for 20km taking 1 hour everyday after summer holidays. Very hot . but feel cooler and feel acomplish when I reach to company oand home. I can come over pain or sad to small thing. i want say time is very fast & precious. 21 or 52 is same. depend onthat how yu spend time when yu live.

So far the happiest part of my life was after I married my husband. Then after each child was born it only got better.
Enjoy each age you are as you're there. That way you don't spend your life wishing you were an age you're not.
