There are 5 Jason Bourne books, so far.
The Bourne Identity (1980)
The Bourne Supremacy( 1986)
The Bourne Ultimatum (1990)
Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Legacy (2004)
Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Betrayal (2007)
Only the first 3 are written by Robert Ludlum, the other 2 are written by Eric Van Lustbader (after Ludlum's death) which is why they are referred to as "Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Legacy and Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Betrayal". Lustbader and Ludlum shared the same agent and were fans of each others work which is how Lustbader was approached to finish the series. No word on how long it will continue...

The Bourne Identity
The Bourne Supremacy
The Bourne Ultimatum
eric van lustbader wrote two more books continuing the series
The Bourne Legacy
The Bourne Betrayal

bourne legacy - inspired by robert ludlum or started by him, he died before this book came out
