What an interesting way to state the question ! There is a Cole Porter song called "UNFORGETTABLE, THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE." I think he is correct, therefore, I am unforgettable to a lot of people and there are hundreds of people who are unforgettable to me. I will remember them long after they have departed this earth.
But, if you meant "are you absent-minded?" or "do you forget things very often?", I would have an entirely different answer.
Language and communication are fragile and some thoughts don't translate well.

I try not to be..... I write little notes to myself and mark my calender so I won't forget things. But sometimes I do forget.....I'm not perfect.
