If 'Dean' makes it across Mexico then will it diminish over the Pacific Ocean? If it doesn’t then do you think it could pass completely over the Pacific and become more powerful then it was to begin with? Would it hit Asia?

Hurricanes can cross over Mexico and reform.

Hurricanes have started as tropical storms south of Central America and crossed over into the Gulf of Mexico and then damaged Texas as a major hurricanes.

A Hurricane Theoretically could form off of Africa, come all of the way through the gulf like Dean, cross to the pacific and regather itself, cross the international dateline and be renamed a typhoon, and still hit Taiwan as a major hurricane.

The chances of this a extremely remote. It would practically be a miracle.

I don't think so. Most hurricanes diminish greatly over land and to travel over mexico and then somehow survive and stir up again across the pacific is unheard of.

No. We created the hurricane in order to teach those border runners a lesson. Once it's done in Mexico, then it's done.
