I had the same thing with my pregnancies. Especially right at the beginning. They are probably just the uterus expanding to accommodate the baby (wink). Just rest when you feel tired and don't over do it. Listen to your body too. You probably know more about what is going on than anyone else. I can't remember if this is your first pregnancy or not...not that it makes a difference. I was just curious.
If they become too much for you to bear (not just physically, but mentally) call your doctor. Have him do a vaginal ultrasound as soon as possible. You may have to almost demand them to do one. I don't know the reasons, but a lot of times they don't want to give them out on a regular basis. Personally, I sometimes think that seeing that everything is okay will make you feel better about the pregnancy. Especially when you see that the babiy is in the right place.
Last thing...call your church and have them put you on their prayer list for a safe pregnancy (if you haven't already done so). I will add your name to my church list if you want me to. We have several prayer warriors in our church that are awesome! I don't know how I got through some of my stuff without them!! Just let me know.

You are in your first Triamester and you need to be very carefull. Some Women will experience Cramps in the beginning. I went through this with my Last child and even had some heavy bleeding at times. I spent 4 months in the Bed and my baby girl was born at 7 months, Shes 22 today and healthy. Do all you can to get this child here safely and Take care of yourself!!!

This is very normal. You are around the time you would have gotten a period, and most women do experience cramps. I had menstrual like cramps for several weeks. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned, but as long as you are NOT bleeding, try not to worry.

my sister had this horrid cramping pain in her stomach like cramps when she was a few weeks preg... ( not to gross you out but... she almost went to the hopsital because of the pain ( no bleeding or anything) but before she went she rubbed her stomach clockwise and ended having a bowel movement ( the cause of her cramping) So if you haven't gone in a while U migh try something for that... remember pregnant women are prone to constipation

I had the same thing at around 4-5 weeks preg.however,my doctor suggested me not to have sex until the cramps went away,I wasn't on risk of miscarriage but now I know that, back then we didn't so we just had to rule the risk of miscarriage out.

Just to put your mind at ease, please call the Doctor's office. A nurse may be able to answer your question over the phone. I can remember some cramps at the beginning of my first pregnancy. Try to buy the book, "What to Expect When Expecting"; it can answer loads of questions that arise during pregnancy. Also go to: http://www.webmd.com Good luck!

Should just be your uterus growing. If it is accompanied by heavy or prolonged bleeding then call the doctor or hospital.

Yeah we will get them throughout your pregnancy. Then you will experience pain when the ligaments are stretching to accommodate the growing baby... It's fun to be pregnant... I would love to be pregnant again..
