don't get why people are so quick to believe slander or lible in this case just because it's what they want to here, it's scary to think that people are really this stupid.

go to www.youtube.com and type in Democrat Hypocrisy, and you will see Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, and even Ted Kennedy saying how they believed there were WMD'S and that they thought we should go in as well as how they supported the president.

They all had the same intel so how was it a lie?

how is the war for oil, we wouldn't we have done air strikes, and would we still be fighting these people and would we care what that the insurgents are blowing up innocent woman and children if it were "just for oil"

I saw a video of terrorists who lined people up in the grass and kept shooting at them, it was the most horrifying thing I have ever seen, you think those people are right and we are wrong?

People need to put their sense of right and wrong before their politcal beliefs

all I'm saying is before you listen to ABC, CNN or CBS, find out all the facts and don't except what they say on blind faith, because they aren't always acurate, not that they are lying but they can bias information, so just think for yourself and let the facts show that there is no war crimes, no lies, and that nobody wants to go to war, but it is necessary, which is how we got freedom in the first place.

I reccomend C-Span and C-Span 2, they have reports from Iraq, they have Congress and the House votes, so you can see how they really vote without any sway or bias. Then make up your mind.

I'm just suggesting that so you're not just spouting off things you heard, because alot of heresay and insults are usually false so if someone is using them it usually means they are uninformed on a subject or topic. I did that when I was younger but now I choose to make sure I use real facts, that are for the most part acurate, nobody is 100% perfect, but I try to at least try not to mislead.

Chi Guy is another example of no proof, show me when and were that happened, give me proof.

I'm talking to those of you just starting to vote or those who may be just getting into politics, don't get manipulated by lies and bias, try to get real accurate facts, also don't let your political views take over your sense of right and wrong, or put your political views over the needs of the country.

You will see what will happen when you put your politics in front of the needs of the country if the Dems force us to stop defending the Iraqi people, we will be attacked again, as will our allies. Iraq will also be in worse shape when insurgents as well as Al-Quida tak over.

I'm not saying to be for the war, I'm just saying don't be against it because you're uninformed.

I wouldn't call the Dems lemmings but they are pretty close.

I personally love the Dems who say that people are for the war because of the president, that is stupid, I'm for the war because it will help our country as well a the Iraqi people, but those same hypocrites who say that are the same people only against the war because of the president.

Mega dittos from Minnesota. I have often wondered the same thing because it was not just Bush who believed there to be WMD. He can't go to war by himself and I remember growing up that terrorism was common back then so why do people think it's all a conspiracy? It's not like George has anything to gain when all he gets is criticism and accusations. There is obviously more going on there than what we as a nation know. It's pretty naive of us to think that we know as much as the President and council does on the war. People have minds of mush and way too much time on their hands. Perhaps they need to enlist in the military so they can see for themselves what is going on over there. Regardless of suspected misinformation is it not worth liberating those people over there from a murdering dictatorship? I bet the Jewish people are happy we became involved in WW2.

They were fools to trust Bush and go along with his push to invade Iraq. Not everyone fell for it but the dissenters got very little media coverage and the protestors received hardly any.

Obama said, when he was in the Illinois legislature, before the war, that the proposed war in Iraq was a “dumb war” and that it was a “cynical attempt” of some in the Bush administration (the neocons) “to shove their own ideological agendas down our throats.” Boy, was he ever right!

BTW, Kennedy, Pelosi and Boxer voted against the Iraq War Resolution.

The desire to discredit and destroy George Bush transcends the good of the people or the truth. You are right, all had the same information and all supported going into Iraq, but only one is being accused of "lying to the people" over and over.

It's like people forgot that our nation was attacked, and the president proposed being proactive instead of reactive. So far, proactive has been better.

GWB should have done a better job of pointing this out, just as often as he was lied about. By staying quiet, the lie is gospel to many.

I need to make a resolution for myself.... no more answering questions that are just mud slinging.

I swear, at any given time on this site there are at least 5 questions that are just Rep bashing or Dem bashing. I think I shall avoid all those question all together no matter how much I want to jump in and agree or disagree.

1. If you're using an adjective, it's Democratic, not Democrat.

2. Since you support the war, have you enlisted?

3. The intel was fixed. Just because the intel was wrong doesn't mean the war wasn't based on falsehoods.

True. Yet only Bush lied about Iraq buying uranium while Cheney lied about Iraq being involved in the attack on 9/11.

Bush lied about Uranium:

CIA doubts - In early October 2002, George Tenet called Deputy National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley to ask him to remove reference to the Niger uranium from a speech Bush was to give in Cincinnati on October 7. This was followed up by a memo asking Hadley to remove another, similar line. Another memo was sent to the White House expressing the CIA's view that the Niger claims were false; this memo was given to both Hadley and National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice.

President Bush yesterday defended the "darn good" intelligence he receives, continuing to stand behind a disputed allegation about Iraq's nuclear ambitions as new evidence surfaced indicating the administration had early warning that the charge could be false.

Bush's position was at odds with those of his own aides, who acknowledged over the weekend that the CIA raised doubts that Iraq sought to buy uranium from Niger more than FOUR MONTHS BEFORE BUSH'S SPEECH.

There my "tribe" supporting friend is the rub....these lemmings rely on their political party to tell them what is right and what is wrong, they are incapable of making their own judgments.

Please remember the American people as a whole have a every short attention span.
