Is it possible to tell if a guy is the father of 2 different children?

I have a friend who has 2 children. She knows her ex is the father of one, but with the 2nd one, there is a possibility he is not. Is it possible to DNA test the 2 children to find out if they have the same father, if he is unavailable for the test. Can you compare DNA between siblings like that?

Go to court and have them make him take the dna test,. A lot of times if you go through Child Support Enforcement Agency they will have it done for you so that they can make him pay child support.
