i like coming on here and asking and answering questions. I think that it is an excellent resource for women with questions about their pregnancies etc.. with that being said.. i have one question.. why do so many people come on here and ask if they, their friends, their cousins, brothers.. whatever, could be pregnant!?!? there are at least 5 of these asked every few mins, and it gets a little old.. NO ONE knows if someone is pregnant.. we are on the computer.. take a test!?!?! for someone that has asked this.. why? Why not just take a test?? Not trying to be mean, just asking for my own edification.. thanks!!

See I've never come on here asking that question and sometimes it does seem silly that people will ask a redundant *redundant to US anyways* question rather than going out and just taking the test.
Maybe some of these are younger ladies, or ladies who are a bit too far away from being able to accurately take a test and are just looking for some reassurances, either in confirmation of a pregnancy they are hoping for, or for some confirmation that they are indeed NOT pregnant as they fear they are.
I'm not usually one to look at the glass as half "full" but in this case I know I'm being the eternal optimist and stating my "best case scenario" as to why this question is posed so often.

Taking a test is a big step... it means admitting what is really going on. Most of the kids on here look to their friends for guidence. I, on the other hand, asked because i'm thinking about it, I'm at work, and I'm on the computer. Why not get other people's opinions since I am unable to take a test at the moment?!

I agree with you. Seriously so many women come on here asking if they are someone close to them are pregnant & we don't know. But, yes. I truely agree with you.

Because by and large people are too lazy or blissfully unaware to educate themselves, or to learn patience until they can test.
Its highly annoying, and there are few times when those questions are truly worth asking.
I honestly think YA should ban them.

Yea I'm with you...but not matter how much we complain they are still going to do it....maybe it's because they want to hear that we think they are pregnant....Dont we all!!! lol.....
And right after you posted this about 15 more posted that same question!! Go figure......lol
