Second you pick out a layout that you like and then copy it, and paste onto the box about yourself. Then click save or ok or whatever. Then when you click on your myspace site then it will show you your myspace layout. The first thing I would do whenever I would ask for help is to write the question clearly and use proper English Grammar and Composition so the reader can read and understand what you are asking without having to decipher and interpolate.
As with everything you do, it takes time and effort to do things properly and well. If you want an elaborate site, master the skills associated with the site. It is not that hard - but it takes work.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well. However, if you cannot even bother to write questions requesting assistance using even fundamental composition skills, I seriously doubt you have the drive or ambition to tackle anything beyond the lowest skill level.

There are a few layout pages that give you free templates to jazz up your MySpace page...if that's what you mean. Try MySpaceOrYours.net. It is REALLY easy to do.
ALSO -- ignore the pompous, arrogant people who utilize reference pages such as this to inflate their own egos.
