i just said on another answer that i really want to go to Greece. I think it is amazing looking and the food, wine, heck everything is so different from where i live.

Oh, yes! I have had an interest in Greece since a child. Now that I know some of my ancestors came from Greece, I have another reason to go there!

ive been to greece before. while i was in the navy i went to the island of Crete. i was there for three months. beautiful place. food is excellent and theres more than just gyros. try souvaliki, spanokoptia, and a lot more which i cant spell lol. i would love to go to the mainland though.

I really really want to go to Greece with a passion, so yes, I would.
I think it's beautiful and the history seems so rich.

Although all the islands I visited were awsome Kefalonia is also my favorite... see link below for info and pictures... you have a great balance of party/site seeing/nite life and relaxing doing nothing
