I think that I planted our pumpkins a couple weeks too late. Right now, the plants are large and there are many buds that are blooming into flowers. Will I have pumpkins in time? (this is my first year gardening)

I grew pumpkins in California one year. I planted the seeds in June. I fed the plants Miracle Gro
once a month and by October I had one 60
pound pumpkin. Feed your plants Miracle Gro
once a month and you might get at least 1 good size pumpkin. Good luck.

Wow, you are going to be cutting it close. If you do get pumpkins they will probably be itty bitty. Don't worry though, you can try again next year. Gardening is all about learning from experience.
Good Luck
