I have a friend called stuart who suffers from something like M.S, he lives on his own in a flat with his cat. he used to be a musician (played violin) but since getting M.S (which is not fully diegnosed yet) he has put his career on hold (or it may be classified as dead) . He doesnt go out much or do much anymore due to his illness, what he does do tires him out greatly, even within minutes. He's been having difficulty sleeping too, and feels like poo all the time.
There is not really anything i can do much physically to help him as we live miles away from each other, but i care about him alot. I'm interested in wicca like my mum but i need to find some kind of easy simple 'anyone can do it' spells or something to help him get more sleep, feel stronger and more better during the day
any help would be greatful :)
and please, to anyone who think that wicca is fake or satanism, do not spam me with your prude or uptight christian agruments. i do not need it. thanks.

i dont need anything fro his MS, he already has something for that, though it is akward.
i just need him to get lots of sleep/rest.
as for the whole 'be with him' thing, i'd love to but he lives in plymouth and i live in the north east, in durham (both in UK, england) we are many many miles from each other and i have no money or anything to get to where he is anyway.

i just need a spell to make him sleep better and stuff. poor stu :(

Do you have any spell books? Can you research this stuff online? I'm sure there are certain healing crystals that you can get, and maybe perform some sort of healing ritual. I'm pretty sure that amathysts posses some healing properties.

if none of that works, bring him some chicken soup (throw in a matzah ball or two, if you know how to make those), sit in the bed with him, and laugh at some FRIENDS reruns. You just being there will perk up his spirits, I'm sure :-)

Try Chinese herbalists (accredited, of course) or accupuncture. Those may give him a lot of relief.

There is an ancient Chinese form of medicine, you may be familiar with it, called the Ki Method. I've been treated by these practitioners, and can definitely testify that it works.

If you can get your friend to a practitioner soon, his M.S. may stop its progress, and maybe even begin to reverse.

I saw a lady who had bell's palsy, who had been to every practitioner she knew (Western medicine) and continued to sag. In just a few sessions, she was 90% back to normal.

Your friend should be seeing a doctor to get a definitive diagnosis for MS. There are many medications that can address his symptoms.

Also research holistic supplements that may be able to help with MS symptoms.

you can always write your own. even if you dont know much about wicca, you can find out the uses of herbs and crystals and stuff and write your own spell. or, try a healing amulet if you know how to make it. if not, read scott cunningham.
