I Like rap and hip-hop a lot. Nothing wrong with having a preference for genre of music. But we gotta be careful what we listen to. Because these songs that we listen to have subliminal messages that we don't hear on the surface. These subliminal messages get embedded in our heads and we might not even notice it. And this goes for any genre of music. Some of these lyrics do not even apply to our lives, but we still walk around doing our best to make it a part of our lives. We have to be very selective of the genre of songs that we listen to.

not really. The beats are catchy, but the way most rappers treat women like objects disgusts me. WE ARE PEOPLE TOO!
