I am half white, quarter black and indian and i look more black then anything and i get along with my black side more then the other two, and the thing is, is that i was raised with black and white people and i learned that colour isn't a issue, its how u treat people, and the thing is since my dad is mixed and hes light skin, i tell my friends taht im black and when they see my dad they're like ur dads black but ur not, and yet they tell me that i look black, am i wrong to feel more black then white or indian ? how would society look at me as

It's okay to care what others' think, but don't let it determine how you think or feel. You are what you are and you're right the important thing is how you treat others and how you carry yourself. You can't control what others think or their actions. But you can control how you respond to those those thoughts or actions. You can always do the right thing, your ethnicity has nothing to do with your personality or character.

There's nothing wrong with feeling more of a connectin with your "black" ancestry than you do with the others. It's a feeling & you're entitled to your feelings without anyone else telling you how to feel. Good luck.2D

God made you the way you are for a reason and He loves you just that way. Perhaps in your diversity you're supposed to be an example for all the individual groups. Treating people as you'd want to be treated is the right way to go. God is ultimately the only one you have to please.

I don't believe in choosing sides. You are mixed, be proud of that. However, if you want to identify with one group over another that's your choice.
