Is it an ingrown nail? then you need a cream with antibiotic or may be arnica cream or any other, ask something for infected wounds in the drugstore. Poor thing. put this especially at night under a plaster and don't wear tight shoes. Don't cut your corners deep. If you wear a plaster with a medicine all the time changing it 2 times a day you'll be fine

but an antibiotic liquid on it, and put gauzes with medical tape around it to provide padding and covering, try to walk on your heels and you shouldnt cut your toenails to a millimeter high..

Happens to me all the time.
Hurts like hell but you really can't do anything about it. My advice, take some Tylenol for the pain and try not to walk around that much.

happens to me all the time. put an antibiotical cream on it and put a bandaid on. then stretch a few cotton balls and wrap them around the toe...gauze works too. then secure the cotton with medical tape. feel better/

quick warm up water as hot as you can stand it ant add 1 tablespoon of water; stir. dry bandage and take tylenol, if needed.
