We are having a team building picnic this afternoon and we are each to share something about ourselves. A hobby, point of interest, etc. Obviously I would like to care and share with my fellow employees. That is why I'm going to detail my sex life with them.

Some of these fine people don't speak English, so I'm not 100% certain on how to tell them about my over excitement at wrong times.

Any suggestions would be great!

God Bless

There is no need to tell them about that. As far as I'm concerned, premature ejaculation is a woman's problem. Holla!

This is a complex problem. Get yourself a nice image manipulation program such as Adobe Photoshop. Create a colorful informative ticket, inviting your colleagues to 'a show'. Little will they know 'the show' is in your bedroom at your house and stars you with a paid 'lady of the evening'. Like I said, this is a little complex because it takes some planning and you won't actually be sharing anything at the picnic today. But after your co-workers see how far you are planning to go in order to form a bond with them... I think it will be well worth the trouble. And the disappointment on the hookers face after you are done with the performance should speak volumes about your sad sad sex life. Good luck and enjoy getting yet another VD.

First advice. Don't do it. You'll end up looking stupid, seedy and offensive. There's no way something like this can be used for team building. It will also make you look inadequate and give months of fun to others at your expense. Have you no regard to your reputation or the feelings of those you are going to offend?

Second advice: Try to build respect in your leadership qualities by grasping the language problem and making it fun for the team to communicate with each other by using sign language or signals. Pair them up so that poor English speakers are matched with normal ones and see how they do. After a while change them round until everybody has had the chance to get to know everybody else.

Third, and last. If you truly want to be a team member that others will like and respect, think of something a little less sordid next time you want to address a crowd of workmates.

Truthfully I don't think that is what they are looking for when they ask you share something. It may and probably will offend some people. Talking about something so private may put a damper on the rest of the sharing experiences as people will be embarrassed. Find a more appropriate subject about yourself to discuss. You may even get fired over discussing lewd material. Talk about your favorite color or your favorite TV show. God Bless you, you need it right now!!

What a great idea! What better way to bond with your coworkers than by sharing intimate secrets that everyone I'm sure is dying to know. I definitely want a guy on my team who has a sexual dysfunction that he wants to tell everyone about. It won't be awkward or anything. It'll be a great bonding moment and when it's all over, there'll be a great big group hug and maybe some of the other guys will give you advice that you can use towards your future sexual endeavors. Make sure you bring a translator so that everyone has a thorough understanding of what exactly your dysfunction is.

I'd suggest a different subject to expose to them. If you are comfortable with detailing your sex life to others that is your business but some of them may be very, very uncomfortable if you do. If the company guidelines are in fact a hobby or point of interest, details about sexual behavior may be particularly offensive to them and considered to be disruptive, suggestive and unprofessional. It may even be considered a form of sexual harassment if you are in mixed company. I would urge you to reconsider your subject matter before you have to reconsider your profession.

Your sex life or "Quick Trigger" are things that should not be shared with co-workers. IT's a good thing they don't speak english. And show and tell isn't a good idea either. I'm glad I'm not one of your co-workers. Ich!

uh... I'm pretty sure that you may not want to tell them all that. Then again, if you are looking to get a shock value reaction from them, go right ahead. But then, by all means, be prepared for someone to consider that as some sort of sexual harassment. Not all people are quit so open on such topics.

First off, God Bless you for this question and God Bless you. I have found that honesty is, in fact, the best policy. I only just recently shares my sexually transmitted disease history with my co-workers and now feel truly liberated. I would how ever refrain from any visual aids or demonstrations as that didn't go over so well.

Good luck and again, God Bless!

Don't wait for the picnic. This is obviously the type of information that should be released in an office-wide memo. Contact Human Resources, if necessary.
