i've been taking them for a couple of weeks now because i couldn't sleep. is there any long term side effects from taking sleeping pills? i have a constant headache. could there be a connection? how can i go back to sleep normally again?

While some sleeping pills may not be physically addictive, any pill can become psychologically addictive.

Read the instructions on the package, and, if your problems persist, see a doctor.
